Latif Nurani took part in an American Bar Association-sponsored panel discussion on current developments in electric reliability standards and compliance and enforcement. The other panelists were Sonia Mendonca, Acting General Counsel of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), and David Ortiz, Deputy Director of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s Office of Electric Reliability.  The panel was moderated by Rebecca Michael, formerly a Senior Director at NERC and now counsel at Arnold & Porter.
