Spiegel & McDiarmid Of Counsel Frances Enseki Francis addressed employees of the U.S. Dept. of Justice May 16 in a program as part of Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month. The theme of the program was “Empowering Asian American and Pacific Islander Communities through Federal Service.”
Ms. Francis serves as a Commissioner on the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders.
