Jessica Bell presented the attached program on the impacts of new Federal Communications Commission rules on local zoning authorities at the Texas Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors 2015 Annual Conference. She discussed the impacts of these recent rule changes, as well as the Supreme Court decision T-Mobile South, LLC v. City of Roswell, on local government zoning authority over wireless towers and collocations, including over small antenna installations.
