Lauren Springett joined Spiegel & McDiarmid LLP following her 2019 graduation from Columbia Law School.
During law school, Lauren was a member of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems and served on the journal’s editorial board as an Articles Editor. She interned with the New York City Mayor’s Office of Labor Relations, where she authored a policy paper evaluating the impact of public sector right-to-work laws on New York City unions. In 2018, Lauren worked at Spiegel & McDiarmid as a Summer Associate, conducting legal research and drafting memoranda on energy and transportation matters, and researching several issues of first impression in the telecommunications area.
Lauren is admitted in New York. She is not currently admitted to practice in DC and will be waiving in to become a member of the DC bar. Her work is supervised by principals of the firm.
