David Pomper appeared on a panel at the Energy Bar Association’s 2018 Annual Meeting and Conference. The panel, “State of Flux – Analyzing Recent Transmission ROE Decisions and the Impacts on Transmission Return on Equity,” also featured former Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) Commissioner Suedeen G. Kelly, now at Jenner & Block; Robert S. Kenney, Vice President, Pacific Gas & Electric; and Nina Plaushin, Vice President, ITC Holdings Corporation. The panelists discussed two recent appellate decisions on the return on equity for electric transmission companies (California Public Utilities Commission v.
