Spiegel & McDiarmid is pleased to offer employees, family members and domestic partners a comprehensive benefits package.  The following is a summary of the benefits currently available to full-time employees.  Benefits are subject to change at any time and without notice.

Leave Benefits
Available to all employees by category. Leave is earned on an accrual basis.  

  • Vacation – Staff: 10 to 20 days per year - Staff leave increases with years of service
  • Vacation – Attorneys: 15 days per year - Attorney leave remains at the established amount
  • Sick – Staff and Attorneys: 13 days per year
  • Federal Holidays – All employees: 10 days per year
  • Leave of Absence – All employees: bereavement, civic duty, maternity, paternity, pregnancy disability and family medical leave (FMLA)

Health Care Benefits
Individual, Family and Domestic Partner coverage is offered for the Medical Coverage, Dental Care and Supplemental Life Insurance.  Other health-related benefits availability beyond the employee level vary by coverage.
